This high-rise proposal engages with the evolving urban fabric of Fitzwilliam Street, Parramatta, responding to the area’s increasing density and metropolitan character. Through a layered architectural approach, the design integrates structure and program to support a mix of uses while activating both the street edge and skyline. The project aims to create a cohesive, connected vertical environment that contributes to the vitality and legibility of Parramatta’s growing city centre.
